The landlord authorized the repairs with a huge delay. We had no heating in the house for 3 weeks and the bathroom heater took them two months to fix.
They were repairing the house upstairs and were around quite a lot. They tried to show us that they are nice and told us whatever we need to go to them. Then they were trying to find ways to charge us for things.
